What is the value of an executive education training program to development practitioners in Jordan? As young leaders from NGOs and government agencies participate in a variety of skill-building programs, hosted by CGSD and the Institute for Sustainable Development at the Columbia Global Center in Amman, they reflect on their experience of discovering multi-sectoral and collaborative approaches to their work. Following the workshops, many participants even organize ongoing policy task forces to tackle common challenges in their field. The program offers a unique opportunity to build the capacity of the future leaders in sustainable development in the region.
